Complaints are first reviewed by the Pharmacy Manager, who will investigate the issue and respond. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, the matter will be escalated to the Superintendent Pharmacist for further review.

Should it still remain unresolved, it will then be referred to the Company Director. At any stage, you also have the right to escalate your concerns to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or NHS England.
